Highlights: · International School in Durban, South Africa at the University ofKwaZulu-Natal. Earn 3-6 credit hours. Credential including transcripts and certificate of attendance will be furnished to students completing the program. · The dates are June 22-July 27. The program fee is $2750, which includes registration for all classes, program travel, housing. The fee excludes international travel and meals (accommodations include a kitchen area).· Classes may include: Culture and Diversity in the Rainbow Nation;Service Learning; Zulu Language and Culture; Policy Issues and Community Service; Turbulent Times: KwaZulu-Natal from earliest days to present; African Art and Zulu Language; and Field Studies. The academic program may be altered at the discretion of the University of KwaZulu-Natal. · Engage in a multi-cultural experience, with opportunities to participate in community projects and to study Zulu artand Indian and settler architecture. · The Program Fee of $2,750 includes tuition, housing, excursions, repatriation insuranceand KZU and CGP service and application fees. The program fee does not includetravel arrangements to and from Durban or Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, or meals. If needed, CGP can assist with travel arrangements. · You will need a study permit from the South African Embassy or consulate in the USA.
