English Teaching in China: 2008 & 2009

- Placement for Fall/Spring semester and/or Academic school year

- Teach English at one of three major universities and/or related secondary schools in Guangxi, Autonomous Region, China

- 2008 & 2009 assignments available.

- Applications due by February 1, 2008 (for Spring ’08), and August 1, 2008

(For ’08-’09 Academic Year), with a $400 deposit, $100 cancellation fee.

- International travel, Visa assistance, obtaining accommodations, meals, and other basic needs for your university stay, and international repatriation and medical evacuation insurance available for $1995, stated CGP program package, assistance and service.

The following is general information for participants in teaching English:

Professor of English language and literature:

	Salary: 4,000 Yuan / month, for 16 teaching hours per week
	Free housing with air conditioner, TV, 24-hour hot shower, telephone (professors needs to pay their own electricity, gas and telephone bill)
	With a 1-year contract, two-way international airfare ticket is paid;

2,200 Yuan for local travel

With a ½ year contract, one-way ticket is paid; 1,100 Yuan for local travel

Lecturers of English language and literature (including middle school teachers):

	Salary: 3,000 – 3,500 Yuan / month, according to experience and education level, with 16 teaching hours per week
	Free housing with air conditioner, TV, 24-hour hot shower, telephone (professors needs to pay their own electricity, gas and telephone bill)
	With a 1-year contract, one-way international airfare ticket is paid;

2,200 Yuan for local travel

Graduates and Undergraduates:

	Salary: 2,800 – 3,200 Yuan / month, for 16 teaching hours per week
	Free housing with air conditioner, TV, 24-hour hot shower, telephone (professors needs to pay their own electricity, gas and telephone bill)
	With a 1-year contract, 2,200 Yuan for local travel
